Delete everything

You do not have to email anyone or wait for us. Log in and press the button, and it is gone in seconds.

Option one: delete it yourself

Option two: just disconnect Instagram

If you want to keep your account but cut Instagram off, go to Settings and disconnect. That deletes the access token and every automation attached to it immediately, and Nudge can no longer see or send anything on your Instagram.

Option three: remove us from Instagram

You can also revoke access from Instagram’s side, which stops Nudge working whether or not you have deleted your account here. In Instagram: Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, then remove Nudge.

What gets deleted

• Your login and profile.
• Your Instagram connection and the encrypted access token.
• Every automation, keyword and message you wrote.
• Every activity record, including the usernames and comments of people your automations replied to.
• Any unanswered follow prompts.

Nothing is kept. There is no archive, no backup copy retained for analytics, and no soft delete that leaves the row in place with a flag on it.

One thing we cannot delete: messages already delivered to somebody on Instagram belong to that conversation and live on Meta’s servers, not ours. You can remove them from Instagram itself.

If you cannot log in

Email support@sellnudge.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us the Instagram handle you connected, and we will delete it within 7 days and confirm when it is done.
