Nudge is operated by Degordons Tech Enterprises, Abuja, Nigeria. Using it means agreeing to what follows.
You connect an Instagram professional account and set up automations. When somebody comments a word you chose on a post you chose, we send them a message you wrote. That is the whole service.
You need to be 18 or over and the rightful owner of, or authorised to act for, the Instagram account you connect. Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You write the messages and you are responsible for them. Do not use Nudge to send anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or anything that breaks Instagram’s terms or Meta’s platform policies. In particular, do not promise people something in exchange for a follow and then not send it, and do not use it to message people who have not interacted with you.
We can suspend an account that does any of this, without notice, because the alternative is Meta suspending our access and every other person on Nudge losing their automations along with you.
Nudge runs on Instagram’s API. Meta sets the rules, the rate limits and the message windows, and they change them without asking us. If Meta restricts, changes or withdraws access, parts of Nudge may stop working, and there is genuinely nothing we can do about that beyond telling you promptly.
Specific limits that come from Instagram and not from us: one private reply per comment, a seven day window to send it, and a 24 hour window for anything after somebody replies to you.
Nudge is free while it is new. If that changes we will tell you beforehand and you will be able to stop using it without owing anything.
You can disconnect Instagram or delete your account at any time from the deletion page. We can close an account that breaks these terms, or shut the service down entirely with reasonable notice.
Nudge is provided as it is. We do not promise it will never be down, never miss a comment, or that Instagram will always deliver what we hand them. We are not liable for lost sales, lost followers or other indirect losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us, which at present is nothing.
That paragraph is standard and it is also honest: this is a small product from a small company and you should not build something critical on it without a way to do it by hand.
